Coolant Reservoir: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube; refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Tube Removal/Installation.
2. Disconnect the connector.
3. Disconnect the overflow hose at the radiator coolant recovery reservoir and drain coolant from radiator coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Remove the two nuts and two bolts.
5. Disconnect the washer motor hose.
6. Remove the radiator coolant recovery reservoir.
7. Install in reverse order of removal.
Tightening Torque: 6 - 8 Nm (4 - 6 ft. lbs.)
8. Fill the radiator coolant recovery reservoir to the cold fill mark.
