d. Seat the glass run from point "X" to point "Y."

e. Seat the upper rear corner "Z" leaving a gap between the "Z" and the "Y" point.

Seat the end most portion of the glass run into the bottom portion of the door "W" leaving a gap between points "Z," and "W."

NOTE:

Confirm that the upper rear corner is fully seated prior to completing the installation.

Seat the remaining portion of the glass run into the door flange using a rubber mallet. Refer to figure 4.

NOTE:

Confirm that the corners are fully seated prior to seating the remaining portion of the glass run.

Secure the glass run lower attachment bolt as shown in figure 4.

Tightening Torque: 10.2 - 13.8 Nm (7.5 - 10 ft. lbs.)

NOTE:

Confirm that the door glass is in the lower position prior to installing the attachment bolt.

12.

Install all removed components according to the appropriate workshop manual.

13.

Verify repair.
