APPLICABLE MODELS
1995 - 96 B-Truck equipped with a 60/40 split bench seat.
DESCRIPTION
The seat cover is held in place by velcro strips which are molded into the foam cushion. Wrinkles may occur adjacent to these strips over time and with
seat use.
Customers complaining of these wrinkles should have the vehicle inspected and if necessary, repaired according to this bulletin.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Verify problem area. Refer to Fig. 1.
2.
Unlatch the seat cover "J" retainer.

Release seat and place in forward position.

Use a screwdriver at the end over the seat cover "J" retainer to unlatch the two (2) halves of the plastic retainer at the bottom of the seat back.
3.
Remove the center console arm rest (LH seat only)
4.
Pull the front side of the plastic seat cover "J" retainer up to the front side of the seat.
