A. Pry upward on the plastic retainer as indicated, while sliding the switch away from the key insertion end.

Install a new Key-In-Ignition warning chime switch.
7.
Reinstall the ignition cylinder to the steering column.
8.
Connect the negative battery terminal.
9.
Set customer radio station presets.
10.
Verify repair.
