Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Evaporator Core Housing

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Recover the refrigerant.
3. Remove the engine air cleaner; refer to INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM .
4. Remove the nuts and screws from the windshield washer reservoir/coolant recovery reservoir and reposition the reservoir.
5. Remove the screws and reposition the vacuum reservoir tank and bracket.

6. Disconnect the connector from the cruise control servo.

7. Remove the bolt and reposition the cruise control servo.

8. Disconnect the manifold and tube assembly from the receiver/drier.

9. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator line from the evaporator core.
