9. Using CV Joint Puller SST 205-241 (T86P-3514-A) and Impact Slide Hammer SST 400223-630B, separate the front wheel axle shaft from the
front axle housing.
10. Remove the drive axle shaft and joint from the front axle housing.
Note Do not reuse the plastic stub shaft retainer. A new retainer must be installed each time the inboard CV joint stub shaft housing is installed
into the differential.
11. Install in reverse order of removal.
