Evaporator Case: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Recover the refrigerant.
3. Remove the engine air cleaner (ACL).
4. Remove the nuts and screws from the windshield washer reservoir/coolant recovery reservoir and reposition the reservoir.
5. Remove the screws and reposition the A/C vacuum reservoir tank and bracket.
6. Disconnect the connector from the cruise control servo.
7. Remove the screw and reposition the cruise control servo.
8. Disconnect the A/C manifold and tube from the receiver/drier.
9. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube from the A/C evaporator core.
