Fuel Pressure Test Port: Description and Operation

PURPOSE

The Fuel Pressure Relief Valve is used to relieve fuel pressure from the fuel delivery system prior to any servicing of the pressure side.
This helps reduce the possibility of injury or fire while working on the pressure side of the fuel delivery system.
The Fuel Pressure Relief Valve is also used during diagnostic testing.
