B4000 2WD V6-4.0L SOHC (2003)
(1) Release the clamp.
(2) Remove the hose.
10. Remove the water pump pulley.
11. Remove the water pump.
12. Clean all the sealing surfaces.
13. Install in reverse order of removal, referring to Installation Note.

Use care when scraping the water pump-to engine block mating surfaces. (rouges in the aluminum could form leak paths.
Steps After Procedure
1. Connect negative battery cable.
2. Fill radiator with specified amount and type of engine coolant and bleed the cooling system.
