Engine Oil Dip Stick - Dip Stick Tube: Service and Repair
OIL LEVEL INDICATOR AND TUBE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION-4.0L
1. Remove the oil level indicator tube.
2. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
3. Remove the oil level indicator tube.

Remove the bolt.

Remove the oil level indicator tube.
4. Remove the coring the indicator tube.
Note:

Apply clean engine oil to the O-ring before installation of the indicator tube.
5. Install in reverse order or removal.
