Battery Saver, Illuminated Entry and Interior Lamps
Illuminated Entry and Interior Lamps - Operation (GEM/CTM)
The GEM/CTM activates the interior lamps when a door handle is lifted (illuminated entry) or a door is ajar (interior lamp control) and turns the
lamps off when any of the following conditions exist:

25 seconds after all doors are closed.
^
Ignition key is turned to RUN position.
^
Vehicle speed is over 5 km/h (3 mph).
^
Power door lock command is received.
Battery Saver - Operation (GEM/CTM)
The battery saver interrupts power to the accessory lamp relay, dome lamps, cargo lamp, map lamps, glove box lamp, vanity mirrors and interior lamp
relay 40 minutes after the ignition switch is moved to the OFF position.
