Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection
1. Disconnect the sensor harness connector.
2. Connect an ohmmeter to the connector.
3. Check continuity between terminals of the brake fluid level sensor connector.
Fluid Level Around Max
^
Continuity between A and B.
Fluid Level Below MAX Mark
^
Continuity between A and B, B and C.
^
Continuity between A and C.
4. Replace the sensor if necessary.
