Hose/Line HVAC: Service and Repair
Manifold and Tube Assembly
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Recover the refrigerant; refer to REFRIGERANT SYSTEM TESTS.
3. Disconnect the A/C pressure cut-off switch connector.
4. Remove the A/C pressure cut-off switch.
5. Remove the A/C manifold retaining bolt.
6. Remove the bolts retaining the hose support bracket.
7. Disconnect the EGR vacuum harness and move aside.
