2. Install a new crankshaft pulley bolt.
1. Tighten the bolt in two stages:
2. Stage 1: Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Stage 2: Tighten the bolt an additional 90 degrees.
3. Install the accessory drive belt.
4. Install the fan shroud.
