Hold the crankshaft from turning and tighten the new jackshaft sprocket bolt in two stages:
Stage 1: Tighten the bolt to 45 Nm (33 lb-ft)
Stage 2: Tighten the bolt an additional 90-degrees.
11.
Apply silicone gasket and sealant to the oil pan and engine block mating surfaces.
12.
Apply silicone gasket and sealant to the front cover in two (2)-places.
13.
Install the engine front cover bolts:

Tighten the pan to front cover bolts first to 19 Nm (14 lb-ft).
-
Tighten the front cover to engine block bolts 19 Nm (14 lb-ft).
14.
Raise and support the vehicle.
15.
Install the engine front cover lower bolts. Tighten the lower bolts to 19 Nm (14 lb-ft).
16.
Install the crankshaft damper using Crankshaft Damper Replacer 303-102 or (49UN01002):

Install the New crankshaft damper bolt.
CAUTION:
The crankshaft damper bolt is torque to yield and must be replaced with the new one

Use a strap wrench to hold the crankshaft damper, tighten the new crankshaft damper bolt in two-stages:
Stage 1: Tighten the bolt to 60 Nm (44 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Tighten the bolt an additional 90-degrees.
17.
Lower the vehicle.
