If you are using Camshaft Gear Removal Tool 303-575, keep the torque wrench in-line with the tool and tighten the right hand camshaft
sprocket bolt to 61 Nm (45 lb-ft), (this tool will amplify the torque to the correct value).

If you are not using Camshaft Gear Removal Tool 303-575, then tighten the right hand camshaft sprocket bolt to 85 Nm (63 lb-ft).

Raise and support the vehicle.

Tighten the right hand timing chain tensioner:
-
Re-using the Old washer, torque to 67 Nm (49 lb-ft).

Using a New washer, torque to 44 Nm (32 lb-ft).
27.
Install the lower splash shield and the wheel, torque the lug nuts to 135 Nm (100 lb-ft) in a star pattern.

Lower the vehicle.
29.
Remove all special tools from the right hand cylinder head.
30.
Loosen the left hand camshaft sprocket bolt.

The camshaft sprocket timing slots are off center. Position the camshaft timing slots below the centerline of the camshaft to allow proper
installation of Camshaft Holding Tool 303-577 and Adapter 303-576 onto the rear of the left hand cylinder head. Then, install both tools onto the
cylinder head.

Loosen, but do not remove the left hand camshaft timing chain tensioner.
33.
Tighten the camshaft sprocket bolt to 85 Nm (63 lb-ft).
34.
Tighten the left hand camshaft timing chain tensioner:

Re-using the Old washer, torque to 67 Nm (49 lb-ft).

Using a New washer, torque to 44 Nm (32 lb-ft). 35. Remove all special tools from the left hand cylinder head.
36.
Remove Crankshaft TDC Timing Tool 303-573 from the crankshaft.
Assembly
NOTE:
Lubricate all parts with clean engine oil prior to installing.
1.
Rotate the crankshaft until the cam lobe is in the up position and install the camshaft roller followers using Valve Spring Compressor 303-58i.
Repeat this step for all camshaft lobes.
2.
Position the accessory bracket and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to 42 Nm (31 lb-ft).
3.
Install the A/C line bracket and bolt. Tighten bolt to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
