Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair
IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect IAC valve connector.
3. Remove bolts.
4. Remove IAC valve (1).
5. Remove and discard gasket (2).
6. Install new IAC valve gasket.
7. Install in reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque
9 - 11 N.m { 92 - 112 kgf.cm, 80 - 97 in.lbf }
