Leaf Spring
LEAF SPRING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Raise the vehicle and install safety stands.
2. Remove the rear wheels.
3. Use the Hi-Lift Jack to support the rear axle.
4. Remove the nuts, U-bolts and spring plate.
1) Carefully lower the rear axle and remove the rear spring spacer, if equipped.
5. Remove the nuts, bolts and the spring.
6. Install in reverse order of removal.
