ABS Control Module: Service and Repair
1. Remove the battery.
2. Disconnect the harness connector and remove the screw from the control unit.
3. Remove the control unit.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Position the control unit and install the screw, tightening to: 6-8 Nm (53-71 inch lbs.).
NOTE: When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the powertrain control module
relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 10 miles or more to relearn the strategy.
