Evaporator Case: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove and plug the heater hoses.
3. Remove the evaporator assembly.
4. Remove the five nuts from the plenum studs located in the engine compartment at the dash panel and discard.
NOTE
-
Do not reuse nuts.
5. Working in the passenger compartment, remove the instrument panel.
6. Pull the plenum rearward from the dash panel and remove it from the vehicle.
7. To install, position plenum to dash panel aligning studs to holes in panel.
8. Install in reverse order of removal.
