Recharging
CAUTION

Do not perform quick charging for over 20 minutes to prevent damaging the battery.

Place the battery in water to prevent it from overheating.
^
Warm up the battery to 5° C (41 ° F) before charging.
WARNING

Before performing maintenance or recharging the battery, turn off all accessories and stop the engine.

When disconnecting the battery, the negative cable must be removed first and installed last.
Slow charging
If the battery has passed the load test, it can be recharged in 2 hours at 20 A. If a full state of charge is desired, the charge can be completed by a low
constant current of 3 to 5 amps for several hours.
Quick charging
1. Remove the battery from the vehicle to perform a quick charge.
2. Charge the battery for 20 minutes at 35 A.
