Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair
Rear

REMOVAL 

1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and support it on safety stands.
2. Remove the rear wheels.
3. Remove in the order shown in the illustration.

INSPECTION 

Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install in the reverse order of removal, referring to the following:

Rear Stabilizer Bar (4) 
1. Install the mounting bracket U-bolt nuts.

Tightening torque: 34 - 46 Nm (25 - 34 ft. lbs.).

2. Install the end link nuts.

Tightening torque: 60 - 80 Nm (44 - 59 ft. lbs.).
