Valve Cover: Service and Repair

ir cleaner outlet tube removal/installationRIGHT HAND VALVE COVER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube; refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Tube Removal/Installation.
3. Drain the cooling system; refer to Engine Coolant Replacement.
4. Remove the upper radiator hose; refer to Radiator Removal/Installation.

5. Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring from the Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF) and the generator.

6. Disconnect the heater water hose

7. Disconnect the cruise control actuator cable.

8. Disconnect the vacuum line to the vacuum reservoir.

9. Disconnect the RH spark plug wires
