Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 

1. Remove the drive belt; refer Drive Belt Removal/Installation.
2. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolt and the drive belt tensioner.
3. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

Note:  Observe the location of the alignment tab.

4. Position the drive belt tensioner and install the bolt.

Tightening Torque: 40 - 55 Nm (30 - 40 ft. lbs.)
