Oil Pan: Service and Repair
OIL PAN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Attach the engine lifting brackets.
3. Remove the four engine mount nuts.
4. Raise and support the engine with a floor crane and a three bar engine support.
5. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
6. Remove the starter motor.
7. Drain the engine oil.
8. Remove the Torx [trade] bolts.
9. Remove the bolts and the nuts.
10. Remove the oil pan.
