B4000 SE Regular Cab 4WD V6-4.0L OHV (1999)
1. Clean the sealing surfaces.
2. Apply a bead of silicone rubber in four places.
3. Install the lower intake manifold gasket.
LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD BOLT INSTALLATION
NOTE: Using the guide pins, install the intake manifold. Tighten the bolts in sequence in four steps.
Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm { 0.2 kg.m, 22 in.lb }.
Tightening torque: Tighten to 10 Nm { 1.0 kg.m, 88 in.lb }.
Tightening torque: Tighten to 13 Nm { 1.3 kg.m, 115 in.lb }.
Tightening torque: Tighten to 14 - 18 Nm { 1.4 - 1.8 kg.m, 11 - 13 ft.lb }.
