POWER STEERING HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Removal Note
1. Refer to STEERING GEAR/DIAGRAMS for hose routing and retention points.
Installation Note
1. When connecting a fitting with a seal ring, the ring must be replaced.
1) Use Seal Replacer Set 211-D027 (D90P-3517-A) or equivalent to install the return line connector seal and the pressure line connector seal.
Tightening torque: 48 Nm ( 4.9 kgf-m, 35 ft. lbs.)
2. Fill and leak check the system.
