Inspect for a damaged bracket that attaches the Torque Converter Clutch (TCC), EPC, and two (2) shift solenoids to the main control body.

If the solenoid bracket is damaged (i.e. broken, bent, etc.), replace both the bracket and EPC solenoid.

If the solenoid bracket is not damaged, inspect the EPC solenoid for its date code (refer to table). Replace the solenoid if its date code matches
a code listed or is unreadable.

Verify repair.
