13. Tighten the oil pan bolts.
14. Connect vehicle harness to transmission (16 pin) connector. Make sure lock is fully engaged.
15. Lower the vehicle.
16. Connect the battery ground cable.
17. Fill the transmission to the proper fluid level and check for proper transmission operation.

Use Mazda ATF TYPE 5 fluid.
