B Series Truck 2WD L4-2184cc 2.2L 2200 2-bbl (1990)
4. Tighten the oil strainer stay bolt.
Tightening torque: 7.8-11 N.m (80-110 cm-kg, 69-95 in-lb).
Oil Pan
5. Remove any old sealant from the bolts and bolt holes. If the old sealant cannot be removed, replace the bolt as necessary.
6. Apply a continuous bead of silicon sealant to the oil pan along the inside of the bolt holes, and overlap the ends.

Apply locking agent to the bolt threads.
Caution: After the sealant is applied, the oil pan must be secured within 30 minutes.
Note: New bolts of the G6 engine do not need extra locking agent because they come with it already applied.
7. Install the oil pan.
Tightening torque: 7.8-11 Nm (80-110 cm-kg, 69-95 in-lb).
Crankshaft Pulley
8. Reverse the direction of the SST (49 E301 060).
9. Install the crankshaft pulley, washer and bolt.
10. Tighten the lock bolt.
Tightening torque: 177-196 N.m (18.0-20.0 m-kg 130-145 ft-lb).
Water Pump
11. Remove any din or old gasket fragments from the water pump mounting surface.
