Liquid Vapor Separator: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
WARNING: Before performing the following procedure, release the fuel pressure from the fuel system. To reduce the possibility of injury or fire,
keep sparks cigarettes and open flame away from the fuel tank when removing it.
1. Drain fuel from the fuel tank.
2. Remove the fuel pump connectors.
3. Remove the fuel hoses.
4. Remove the evaporative hoses.
5. Remove the fuel filler hose.
6. Remove the breather hose.
7. Remove the fuel tank.
8. Remove the separator.
9. Replace separator and install in reverse order of removal.
