Caution: Do not damage the 0-ring when installing the HLA.
4. Apply a liberal amount of clean engine oil to the cam lobes and journals.

5. Install the rocker arm and shaft assemblies. Tighten the bolts in two or three steps in the order shown in the figure.
Tightening Torque: 19-25 N.m (1.9-2.5 m-kg, 14-19 ft-lb).
