Valve Seal Depth
1. Assemble the SST as shown so that the depth L is as specified.
Depth L 2.2L: 21.6-22.O mm (0.850-0.866 in)
Depth L 2.6L: 23.5-24.1 mm (0.925-0.949 in).
Valve Seal Installation
1. Install a new valve seal onto the valve guide.
2. Install the SST onto the valve seal.
3. Tap the valve seal in until the SST contacts the cylinder head.
4. Re-assemble valve train in reverse order; Tighten to specification.
