9. Connect the input/turbine speed sensor terminal 2 to the battery positive terminal, connect the battery negative terminal to input/turbine speed
sensor terminal 1 through an ammeter set to a resistance of 100 ohm.
10. Measure the current while waving a magnet back and forth over the top of the input/turbine speed sensor (less than 5 mm (0.197 in)).

If there is any malfunction, replace the input/turbine speed sensor.

11. Install the input/turbine speed sensor.
12. Install the control valve body.
13. Install the thermo valve.
14. Install the resonance chamber.
15. Add ATF to the specified level.
16. Install the under cover.
17. Install the air cleaner component.
18. Connect the negative battery cable.
