EGR Valve: Service and Repair
EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3 WITH TC]
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the charge air cooler duct.
3. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.
4. Remove the air hose and air duct. (See See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair)
5. Drain the engine coolant. (See See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair.)
6. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
