Steering Angle Sensor: Component Tests and General Diagnostics
STEERING ANGLE SENSOR INSPECTION
1. Remove the column cover. See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Steering Column Cover/Service and Repair
2. Turn the steering wheel to the right and left, and verify that the voltage and pulses at the terminals are as shown in the figure.

If not as indicated in the table, replace the combination switch body.
