1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the sail garnish.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Sail Garnish Removal/Installation

3. Remove the rear door trim.  See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement

4. Remove the rear power window subswitch.  See: Service and Repair/Power Window Subswitch Removal/Installation

5. Inspect for continuity between the power window subswitch terminals.

If not as specified, replace the power window subswitch.
