Operate the radio and confirm the repair.
NOTE:
If the noise is still present, refer to "Condition 2, Repair Procedure" outlined in this bulletin.
CONDITION 2 - REPAIR PROCEDURE (Prior to VIN: JM1TA22**S11322S2)
1.
Confirm the complaint.

If the noise occurs suddenly while driving, proceed to step 2.

If the noise does not occur, refer to the workshop manual and Warranty Policies and Procedures manual for diagnostic and reference
information.
2.
Remove the following: Refer to section 8 of the workshop manual.

"A" pillar trim [Changed]

Headliner [Changed]
^
"C" pillar trim [Changed]
^
Trunk, passenger side trim [Changed]
NOTE: [Changed]
The workshop manual suggests that dash removal is necessary to provide access to the antenna feeder. This repair does not require dash removal.
3.
Replace the rear antenna feeder with a modified part.
4.
Install parts removed in step 2.
5.
Operate the radio and confirm the repair.
