DESCRIPTION
There is a possibility that the latex coating on the rear console (center arm rest) may peel off and cause a poor appearance (see FIGURE 1). Modified
outer console lids with an improved coating are now available as service parts.
Customers complaining of this concern should have the vehicle inspected and, if necessary, a modified part installed in accordance with this procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Verify customer complaint.
2.
Open the rear center console lid (arm rest).
