CAUTION:
Use care to avoid ripping or damaging velcro fasteners. These fasteners will be reinstalled.

Remove all residue adhesive using isopropyl alcohol.
4.
Apply primer and allow to dry.
NOTE:
Do not allow dust or dirt to contaminate primer while drying. Drying times are listed. Use of heat guns require minimal drying time.
5.
Position the velcro fastener on the lower panel cover and apply pressure to affix the fastener to the panel cover.
