APPLICABLE MODELS
All 1995-97 Millenia with a VIN of JM1TA22**V1311619 and lower.

DESCRIPTION
When the sun shade is opened, the lower panel cover may hang down. This is caused by insufficient adhesive holding the velcro fastener. To prevent
peeling off, the velcro fastener is now installed on the lower panel cover by heating.

Inspect vehicles at PDI and repair customer complaints according to the following instructions.

NOTE: 

Gather the following items prior to repair.

Isopropyl Alcohol
Permatex Black Super Weather-strip Adhesive # 82
Brush for applying adhesive
