DESCRIPTION
When the sun shade is opened, the lower panel cover may hang down. This is caused by insufficient adhesive holding the velcro fastener.
Inspect vehicles at PDI and repair customer complaints according to the following instructions.

NOTE: 

Gather the following items prior to repair.
Isopropyl Alcohol
Primer developed specifically for resin acrylic adhesives [3M (K-500 or DP-900)]
Brush for applying primer

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1.

Remove the left and right lower panel covers.

CAUTION: 

Pull the Panel covers straight down to remove. Pulling any other direction will break cover pins.

2.

Remove all velcro fasteners from panels.
