Loosen two (2) tilt sensor installation screws and move the tilt sensor to the highest possible voltage, then proceed to STEP 5.

Tighten tilt sensor screws, then reconfirm voltage again.

6.

Turn 12 mm mechanical stopper nut 90 degrees counter clock-wise.

7.

Verify proper tilt wheel operation.

NOTE: 

If tilt operation is not restored, follow the TILT SHAFT PRE-LOAD ADJUSTMENT procedure.

TILT SHAFT PRE-LOAD ADJUSTMENT:

1.

Remove bracket screw and pull bracket away from 27 mm hex lock nut.

2.

Mark original position of 27 mm lock nut.

3.

Loosen lock nut.
