Water Pump: Service and Repair

WATER PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION 

KL 

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Remove the timing belt. (KL) 
4. Remove in the order indicated in the table. (KL)
5. Remove the water pump together with the timing belt. (KJ)
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
7. Start the engine and inspect for coolant leakage.
