Alignment: Service and Repair
Front Wheel Alignment

MAXIMUM STEERING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT 

1. Remove the steering gear boot clamp.
2. Loosen the tie rod locknut.

3. Turn the tie rods to equalize the length L.

Maximum left/right difference

3 mm (0.12 inch) 

4. After adjustment, tighten the locknut to the specified torque.

Tightening torque

69 - 98 Nm (7.0 - 10.0 kgf-m, 51 - 72 ft. lbs.) 

5. Adjust the total toe-in.
6. Verify that the boot is not twisted, and install the boot clamp.

CAMBER ADJUSTMENT 

Note  Caster is not adjustable.
