1. Connect the SST (NGS tester) to the DLC-2.
2. Verify that the throttle valve is at the CTR
3. Loosen the attaching screws.
4. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

5. Select the PID/DATA MONITOR AND RECORD" function on the NGS display.
6. Select "TP V" on the NGS display. NGS measures and shows the voltage.

Specification:

CTP: 0.1 - 1.1 V

-

WOT: 2.8 - 4.5 V
(Verify that the voltage increase is directly proportioned to the throttle valve opening angle.)

7. Tighten the attaching screws.

If not adjusted, replace the TP sensor.

Tightening torque: 1.6 - 2.3 N.m {16 - 24 kg.cm, 14 - 20 in.lb}
