Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Description and Operation

Pulsation Damper

The pulsation damper, located under the intake manifold at the rear of the cylinder head, is used to reduce the pressure pulses from the fuel pump and
provide a more constant fuel pressure to the injectors. As a result, fuel pump noise is also reduced.
