Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Mechanical: Service and Repair
1.
Drain coolant to below level of valve.
2.
Disconnect coolant hoses, air hose, and electrical connector.
3.
Remove valve.
4.
Use new gasket for installation. Torque fasteners to 14 - 19 ftlb (19 - 25 Nm).
NOTE:Be sure to clean all old gasket material from intake air pipe before re-installing BAC valve.
