Throttle Sensor Terminal Identification

1.

Disconnect throttle sensor connector from throttle sensor.

2.

Connect an ohmmeter between terminals "C" and "D".

Continuity Check

3.

Check for continuity between terminals with a feeler gauge inserted between throttle stop screw and throttle valve lever.  With a 0.5 mm (0.02 in)

terminals.

4.

If not within specifications, loosen screws and rotate throttle sensor to adjust.

5.

Tighten screws and seal them with white paint.  After checking and adjusting the sensor, connect sensor connector.
