ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1.
Place vehicle on level ground. Free vehicle of luggage and passenger load.
2.
Ensure tire inflation is correct.
3.
Attach senor gauge to LSGV, Fig. 14. Angle should be 8.5° ± 1°. If not, adjust by loosening two bolts and moving.

FUNCTION CHECK
1.
Connect pressure gauge as in Fig. 15. Bleed air from system.
2.
Have someone depress pedal until until input pressure is P1.
3.
Jack up rear of vehicle to at least a 12° angle.
4.
Have assistant depress pedal until input pressure is 711 psi. Then measure output pressure.
5.
Release brake and lower vehicle.
6.
Depress pedal again to 711 psi. and measure output pressure again. If output pressures are not within P2 and P3 of Fig. 15, replace valve.
